March for Life- Washington D.C.

I'm back from my wandering in our nation's capital! I had a great time, it was so inspiring to see so many young people gathered for a common cause, to stand up for something important, to be a witness and to help others realise that Life must be respected. Here is a video time lapse of the entire March for Life, it took about a hour and 31mins. It is really neat, and you just might get glimpse of yours truly.

Also part of our trip was, of course, visiting the various memorials and other tourist attractions. I think of the all those thing I enjoyed the museums the most, especially the Cyclorama at the Gettysburg museum. My most favorite part of the whole trip (excluding the March, because that was absolutely awe inspiring) I would have say that it was the Mass at the Basilica of the National Shrine to the Immaculate` Conception. It was the most beautiful church I had ever been in, it was also the largest. We went to the Basilica early so we could get seats, went 4 hours in advance and we still ended up sitting on the floor, so in total we were at the Basilica for 8 hours. I must say that it was worth the wait and that I will always remember it.
